“We have literally had to change rooms 5 times in one day due to various issues at the property. We are very cool and understanding guests, but something has changed with this property. We had 6-7 rooms this past weekend and 3 of the guests had similar complaints about the property uncleanliness and maintenance issues. Just for reference, our room experience: 1st room was on the 2nd floor of the main building, the safety door wouldn’t lock and cleaning supplies left in the room. 2nd room, 701……

“We were visiting relatives in Cleveland and this cute and cozy little guest cabin was perfect. The host was very nice and rebooked us with zero hassle when it turned out I'd accidentally booked the wrong weekend. It's really only a one bedroom, as the second bed is a pullout couch, and it would have been tight if all four of us had stayed there, but it ended up that only two of us did and the two who stayed loved it. If I were the owner I'd swap out the sofabed for a murphy bed and maybe create……
